    Viewed quite a lot of houses this weekend in that area. What do you think about potential?. You can buy houses for around 300k and rent them out for 300pw. It is kinda outskirts of Brisbane, but with the projected growth they might become established suburbs quite soon.

    Did anyone else receive a letter from ATO recently about Medicare surcharge? Just got a letter from them yesterday saying that they are changing the way they calculate income for medicare purposes, so now they are going to add back the loss from negative gearing etc and some other changes.

    MYOB question - entering parts of an invoice

    I guess it's not so much MYOB, as general bookkeeping... How do i enter part of an invoice in MYOB? Say i got a phone bill, half of which is business related, half - private use. Do i just enter half of the amount into MYOB?
