Great work to all involved; considering the depth of knowledge of some of the contributors on this Forum, this should be a virtual treasure trove of information to be continually built upon over the years..

Can't wait to see and read more !!

PS- Any chance of some photo's in the stories?

the house is empty and i finally got a chance to read it. sensational interview and i don't envy the person trying to followup ... it also made me realise not to be so impatient (but i would like to travel before i get tooooo old).

one question. is it possible for ian to expand on how to overcome ...

this is a hurdle i've struck, and i'm sure many others have, and would love to hear ian's vastly experienced advice. i do have "some" equity for collateral but want to hold it in reserve for potential tapping into if interest rates continue to rise and the market stays stagnent.
