Seaview Downs

Hi All,

I am trying to get some idea of the viability of buying/developing in Seaview Downs.

I is relatively close to the CBD and the ocean. It would appear to be an older area undergoing some redevelopment.

Being that I am stuck in the Pilbara and a round trip to Adelaide will cost a pretty penny and a weeks leave, I would very much appreciate some input from those in the know.

Not 2 l8, there has been significant development in nearby Dover Gardens which has a similar demographic. The redeveloped properties are fetching between mid 3's and mid 4's. There has been a slight softening of prices recently in seaview downs with the median house price easing to 420k. However sales are holding up very well indeed.

If the market holds up it looks ok to me.
