Who knows of a good builder in Melbourne

I am looking at building in Melbourne in the near future. Can anyone recommend a builder?

I am looking at a 4 x 2, double garage approx 25 to 30 squares.

Also has anyone been through the building process from out of state?

How did you go with the appointments for picking the tiles, bench tops etc

Did you have to travel to VIC to carry out these things or is it possible to do it from interstate?

I can't recommend anyone, but don't go with metricon. Some of thier contractors do a good job, but many of them are dodgy. If you're lucky you'll get only good ones, but i know of a couple of builds that were just constant inspections, complaints and threats of legal action to get things fixed.
