I tried to list a property on www.realestate.com.au but they said I would need a real est agent?

Are there any website that lets private individuals to post?

domain.com.au allow private ads. $60 is the charge I think.

Thanks.They just replied in an email saying they only allow subscribing agents to list thru them... and not to private indvl.

It is $60 for ads for property in SA on domain - I guess that is because domain doesn't have the coverage over here due to the fact that they do not have a newspaper here.

My office, which is in Brisbane, receives only 9% of our web based enquiry from domain.com.au. My website attracts 46% of our web enquiry with realestate.com.au at 45%.

I'm unsure if www.housesonline.com.au are available to you but they are probably the most popular website for private sellers here.
