which suburbs? for a house a few yrs old in Toowoomba?

Hi

Don't know the Toowoomba area very well but was interested in buying an IP under 10 yrs old.

What are the good suburbs that have newer houses?

How much are they as a general rule. ( say 3 or 4 beds with double lock up

From reading the Forum the markets appears to be hot with many potential buyers for one house is this correct?

centenary heights
rangeville
kearny springs
mt lofty, (few dodgy areas)
