Id suggest its per month, not per week. If its per week, its well over market.

I cant see where it says per week anywhere on the add, I reckon you assumed it was quoted weekly....

Could be a dream figure - it's been advertised for a month with no takers.

I know someone who pulled their house off the market after a year as it didn't sell.

They were asking 1.3M when similar houses in the area were selling for 800K.

Another pulled theirs off after not selling for 1M+. The neighbours house which was similar but had extensive renovations done to it was on the market at the same time for 880K (that didn't sell either).

They priced theirs at 1M+ because it was in original condition and 'that's what people are after' .
