same as houses don't appeal to singles, couples, low income earners, the elderly, the time poor.
Yes that's true, studio unit (Maestri Tower in Sydney CBD Sussex St.) charge $505 per week ! that's crazy for a 59 sq metres. Eventhough I can put two bunk beds in the living room, still the bank doesn't believe that I can find some way to rent that out to more people for the cashflow in Sydney CBD with low vacancy.
there're a lot of these in melbourne but in terms of CG they do not really go up and stay stagnant for a long time. they also are quite hard to get rid off.
