We recently got some plans from one neighbour who intends to subdivide his 5 acre allotment into 5 X 1 Acre lots.
Whilst talking with another adjoining neighbour, she said she had forwarded the proposal to her solicitors and they advised her that she would be liable for some of the sewerage costs. (possibly connecting)
Both our properties are currenty already sewered.
Is this possible, I would have thought all cost would have to be beared by the person subdividing, Can anyone shead some light on this
