Need to tap in to the wealth of knowledge that is this forum. I’m sure someone here has already gone through the journey that I am about to embark on.
I need to get the ball rolling on a subdivision project. The land is in Point Cook VIC, under the Wyndham City Council. It’s a corner block (is this good or bad?) and about 800m2 and the new piece of land is about 350m2 (hopefully). The 1st step is to talk to a drafts person as I understand. So can someone here recommend a drafts person, someone who is a straight shooter as the last guy I went to was way to pie in the sky, airy fairy, I ended up just walking out of his office.
