Anyone out there in SS Land able to advise me where to get the necessary documentation for a purchase. No REA involved so I assume I would need an offer and acceptance doc to make it all legal. I am not familiar with the SA process, this will be my first buy there.

Get a conveyancer to do all the documentation for you. This is what we did when we sold our house to our trust a few years back - conveyancer did all the sale documentation for us.
