So if I am to buy a guesthouse I assume if I buy the business ongoing I will need a contract for both the purchase of the real estate plus another one detailing plant and equipment, goodwill and the conditions etc. Is that correct? Any recommendations on who can help? I am in Sydney and property is Tamworth.

Don't give too much away you never know you might turn up and there is a sold sign on the front..just do a search within the site there are several that post here..
