RP Data Reports

Gday,

I'm hoping somone might be able to tell me how much information I'll be able to get from an RP Data report.

The particular area is homebush bay and my parents are looking at a unit there. Most of the units have only been there a year or two and the one they're looking at is for sale by the developer.
I'm not sure if there will be all the sales by the developer on the report, or the relevant unit numbers.

Any other suggested reports to look at?

They do require an annual subscription fee of $ 9.95 to view their sold property reports.

However you can do as many searches as you like once you have joined.
