Residex report 2007

Morning All
I am looking for a Residex report on my PPOR from 2007. Can anyone direct me to where l can get this info/report?
I need it to try and put a value on my property for GGT calculations approx Feb / March 2007

If you have access to PDS Live (pricefinder), then you can do a backdated 'valuation' on a particular property by simply changing the date of the estimation back to the required date. It will find 6 x backdated comparables as well (or should).

Im not sure if you can use a desktop RP data report for GGT calculations ????

i was under the impression it needs to be from a registered valuer? i could be wrong...
