I've been looking at established props but am weighing up whether to build?
I've located a piece of land that suits and comes with plans for 2 storey townhouse,2 beds,2 baths + carport.
Minus carport,the total area is 16sqm's.
What am i looking at in regards to cost per sqm?
Eg:$1100-$2000 per sqm depending on lower end to high end fixtures?
Land is in vic if that makes any difference?
Also,how to banks look upon lending for builds compared to established props?
