Hi to all, I'm a firsty, just bought first IP and am very green although I have been trying to educate myself over the last couple of years in this area and thanks to all your experiences, I finally took the plunge! Now to find a good property manager and I think I am taking out Landlord insurance with Alliance anyone had a problem with them or can recommend another that is pretty good? I've still got a few weeks before I get the keys but would like to interview about 3 property managers from different companies. I was thinking property managers from a property management only company could be better than real estate agency what do others think?
Also what is the going costs that PMs expect at the moment and if vacancy rates so low, will the PMs negotiate to get our rental?
