What fees are you paying for your PM in the Mandurah area?

Mine has come up for renewal and thought I'd ask what other SSer's were getting to see if I was getting a good deal or not.

$49.50 Routine Inspection Report First 6 weeks then every 3 months

Sounds very similar to mine - Rockingham area. But surely there must be better deals out there? I'll be looking come March when my current contract expires - all that and still cr@p service!
