Can anyone tell me what to look our for in a split zoning like this ? Land size is around 820m2, looking at doing a triplex single storey if possible.

You will need to look through their town planning scheme to see other conditions are required to meet the higher density. Might have to be double story or a certain street frontage etc.
 
Bayswater no prob. Just need to lodge a DA concurrent with the sub plan to WAPC. But if you have a CP drive dont expect exclusive crossovers for the front lot. All dwellings need access off the common drive.
