Great location - how on Earth do they plonk such a large building on a tiny 666 sqm block ??

Wonder if you can here the trains and traffic from Pacific Hwy ??

You'd have to live there surely to keep some sort of semblance of control - that could get out of hand in a heartbeat with a few rabble Tenants.
