Looking for someone in Victoria that has been successful in implementing Ricks strategies.

In exchange, I am willing to mentor them on how to make money via developments. I currently have 5 projects on the go with a substantial property holdings as well.

Developments take up $$$$$ at the moment with a lot of projects only lending 60%. From what I have heard from Ricks talks, his methods seems to work well in this current environment.

Since i am out there talking to agents 3 days of the week, I thought that there maybe a way to utilize wraps into my dealings.
