Is Tarneit a good suburb

I was in Devine the other day and we were looking at Morookyle estate.
But we are bit confused with the suburb.
Anybody living in this suburb that can advice.

Please define "good" in relation to a suburb; this can be different things to different people.

What are you confused about with the suburb?

Morokyle is a subdivision within a large suburb.

I don't live there but had a block in the Rose Grange estate a few years ago and do a bit of work in the suburb.

Sorry i posted it without elaborating..
We are a young family with a 2 year old and we are a bit concern about schools etc in this area.
We are alos considering williams landing which is a bit nearer to the city than tarneit.We were told they are going to build a train staation, schools etc there But the question is when?
We are looking for advices on Tarneit vs Williams Landing.
