I live in (SOR) Willetton, WA, 6155 for 4 years. Do not know much about Northern suburbs of Perth because we are in Australia for 4 years and 6 months and never thought to but a property in North of City. I bought 6 properties in Willetton-1, Parkwood-2, Lnywood-1, Langford-1 and Thornlie-1. (All SOR)
I need your advice and views in regards to buy an investment property in Clarkson WA 6030. I have a per-approval for $400K loan. I saw some nearly new properties in Clarkson, they are 4X2, @600 m2 land and below $360K.
What you can say about current Clarkson property market?
I am looking for a growth potential property (below $400K)
