What sort sort Perth property MTR?
I secured the Perth property prior to hitting market, tightly held area, had to pay top $, its a development site and I currently see 25% profit when I complete 3 villas. Settles on 21 June.

I am still looking at securing another 4 Unit site in Melbourne, nothing has come my way, this market is hotting up from what I can see and I hate auctions and I am not telling either

It's abit like that given the intention of your/my purchase.
If it was simply buy and hold, you will have more options
Given these circumstances, my options are also very limited.
We are on the same boat.
