Help with rent raising during fixed term lease.

Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
My REA/PM uses a std NSW tennancy agreement and I'm wondering if someone might be able to tell me where to look in the lease where it says that the rent can be raised during a fixed term lease? It was my understanding that rent cannot be raised during a lease.
Are there any circumstances where the rent be increased during a fixed term?

Cheers

For the rent to be increase during a fixed term lease 2 things need to happen:

1) The amount of the increase or how it is to be calculated and the date the rent increase is to occur need to be included in the lease (this is a simple clause added to the additional terms)

And

2) At least 60 days notice in writing is required prior to the rent increase date.
