I heard of one or two. Didn't believe she had done anything wrong. She took an option, didn't work out, she didn't exercise her option, owner was fuming they didn't make $$$ for no effort.

Someone lost their family home, left homeless but in saying this the person who got caught up in this saga did not fully understand the implications of the contract.
Interesting reading through this post. Can't believe people will pay so much money for such advice when it's so risky as per the comments. Just watching her and other youtube videos for simplistic advice will be enough for me.
