Thanks that was a lovely surprise!
Poor sad old me though on somersoft for my birthday evening. Never mind went for a nice lunch, drinkies and ice cream down at Berry with hubby at lunchtime - quite a long lunchtime and came home to find an offer on the Yanchep house, not a very good one but if we can push it up a bit it might help get us out of trouble for the moment!
