After months of deliberation and strategising (is that a word?) I am "retiring"
At the tender age of 39.5 I'm going to:
- work harder on my investing
- do my Tafe course (Cert IV in Residential Drafting)
- be a better Mum to our 3 kids
- have time for a week long 40th lol!
I was going to retire when my property income reached my day job income but I earn quite a bit (#humblebrag) and I don't need it all - especially if I don't need to pay $20 a day parking, work clothes, lunches etc
I'm about 2/3rds there with LOR/Profits and it will continue to grow so it's time to get out and live life some more.
