sorry about not getting back to earlier. Been very busy at work.

ok, so the easiest way is to download an FLV converter and convert the files to a more popular format. I have just downloaded and used the following software and it was simple enough to convert it to avi format. http://download.cnet.com/Koyote-Free-FLV-Converter/3000-2194_4-10832044.html

When installing it, just make sure you untick the installation of the dealio toolbar and also the yahoo stuff that it wants to install along with the software...

extra tip. when converting the video untick the "Video Preview" check box as it'll finish faster without the preview.
