Which suburbs in Sydney have development activity more centred towards subdividing for the purposes of knock down and building/selling small lot two story homes as opposed to units
I'm new to the Sydney market but have experience in this type of development within 7-10 kms of the Brisbane CBD (eg subdividing 810m lots to build two small lot homes). Is there an equivalent market in Sydney with a similar price point and demand for small lot homes to that of the Brisbane 7-10km radius market?
