Data in the back of magazines

Hey guys...

Anyone know if the data that is in the back of property magazines is downloadable from anywhere? I would like a soft copy of the data.

AFAIK it's not downloadable because it's sourced from RPdata (or some similar company).

The iPad version of one of the mags (cannot remember which) has interactive data, so the suburbs can be sorted by yield or whatever.
