Can any one tell me what the differenc is between these 2 Caprice models?

September 2010 is when the series11 was introduced. GMH dropped the Statesman name at that time.
Series 11 was basically an update model with Active Fuel Management ( AFM ), which basically shuts down cylinders to improve fuel economy, some electrical upgrades and new wheels - like i put on mine to make it look a later model -
