Best US Property Forums

There have been a few threads recently that discuss various issues around property investment in the United States. My level of interest has been raised and I would like to learn more. Some months ago Acey posted a list of US based sites that he believed were worth while reviewing. Neither he nor I can find that post now, so I was wondering who out there regularly visits US property forums that, in their opinion, offer close to the level of advice and educational information that Somersoft does.

So far I have only tried this site and am annoyed by the number of advertisements and other extraneous stuff that adds little value.

Any ideas where to start? What are your favourites?
