I saw that the prices for some 2 bdrm units in Bentleigh within 1.5kms of Patterson and Bentleigh stations have hardly budged in price for the last 3 to 4 years.
Do you think this was due to unbridled enthusiasm at the time? Is $320 - 340k good value for around there for a renovated 2 bdrm returning $320 - 350 per week?
