Hi Guys,

Bit of a lurker so first post

I'm in the Architectural Visualization industry, own a few IP's in Brooklyn Park, with the intention on dividing and selling off in the near future.

I'm curious on knowing who here has had some 3D's done, what they paid and what the service was like.

Any insights would be well received.

Havent had 3D's done - just artist impressions (which I assume is similar). From memory they were about $800 all up (you can see them on my "life - its not all beers and skittles" thread.

$400 is pretty cheap, I'll only do that if we're talking 20 + images.

Do you do singular houses only?

I sit in my architects office and watch his computer.

His setup automatically transfers plans into 3D with landscaping and views included. Not quite the quality of "walking thru a physical property" but more than enough to get a feeling for how a place will look, function and feel.

Cost - his hourly rate.

I'll have a look for you. These were very high end full walkthroughs. very impressive.

I've had basic 3d models done for much less as wpart of an overall architectural package. More basic images. I can get some images to you.
