Just curious, has anyone on SS been asked to provide mentoring services and followed through... paid or unpaid ... either way ???
I think this would be very difficult to do successfully, happy to be proven wrong.
Its taken me some time to realise that what works for me may not necessarily work for someone else as there are so many variables involved.
Also think there is way too much pressure on the mentor for the student to achieve similar outcome/result in a short time frame??
I have always been happy to provide advice but when it comes to mentoring I feel it is taking it to another level and it is such a huge responsibility, who says I am always going to get it right or that strategy is right for xxx.
Anyone been down this road
