K K-L 6th Aug, 2007 #1 Can any one tell if it is worthwhile getting a quantity survey to do a depreciation schedule on a house that was built in 1980? It does have a new kitchen and ensuite ( as in last 2 years). If so, any recommendations for a quantity surveyor? K-L

Simon 6th Aug, 2007 #2 www.depreciator.com.au is the team I use and am very happy with. Call them and ask what they think about a pre 1980 home. With their guarantee they wont want to do the inspection unless the cost to you is justified. Cheers,

What Simon Said A phone call to Depreciator should at least give you an idea of where you stand
