I wish I can find the link for that clip and post it up here, you will be amazed how funny when the woman try to raise bid but didn't know how to say it in English and the auctioneer just guessed what she said and she nod with her face full looking confused :o

These sort of buyers mess up the whole property price data.....as I personally do not believe that townhouse worth $800k more than the median price... I'd be really keen to see if this property to put back up for sale anytime soon due to failed servicing the loan... or they might just paid cash...

Yup I understand the buyers are local Chinese, but how do they justify to pay $1.8mil for a townhouse?? Not trying to be racist, but this auction actually got caught on camera and been circulating around the Chinese community, one of the bidder don't even know how to speak english properly...
