Hi ab100, I would have funked 100% BC and funds used from sinking fund etc. As another op mentioned depends on what state. 50/50 seems fair enough though if your fence is rotting in your parcel. Also,DaveM brings up a good point too,re:is your fence boundary with a neighbor? Cheers Spades.
