In terms of good buildings - it is hard to judge there are some even with well known architect and builders which i personally know on St kilda road which has issues with the pool etc and leaking in the apartments. Sometimes it's better to go with established buildings which have a good track...

really depends on what you prefer - amenities, restaurants, facilities - they're many towers out that - so it's more like lifestyle VS budget - u have to work out.
