What size is the courtyard/living area/carport - Price range?

I was trying to purchase a 2 bed villa with courtyard from Maylands to Yokine. It was extremely difficult. Things changed so quick as interest rates began to drop. A further 7 k's from the city it's a different story.

It also looks like buyers are being fussy. It's the same properties sitting on the market that aren't selling. eg overpriced, backing onto parkland, extremely ugly.

I'm sure more properties would sell if their was more to chose from. If you don't want a unit or a small block of land their is not many established houses available.

Perth is looking good to me! Maybe I'm being brainwashed by my daily emails from various resources across Australia. I'm not believing the current negative media, they just need something to talk about to keep consumers interested.
