Hi Tarah, The figure of $20,000 is correct for a sub division. Sometimes more, sometimes less. You can keep the existing dwelling in place when it gets divided but not sure why you would want to do it early, you'll end up paying double rates etc. Wouldn't you be better off leaving it closer...
