Price range? Prices in those areas can easily shoot over $500k - from what I can see anything sub 500k goes fast not sure on anything over but I'd suspect it would be slower.
House I looked at posted online that day under contract when I looked a week later - seems a fairly hot market atm at least in the sub 500k market I'm looking at.
