    I've held the property for about 2 & 1/2 years now. Back in Dec 2009 I bought it for $210k & rented it out for $210 pw. I increased it by $10 every 12 months. Now just over 2 years later I'm renting it for $280 pw. Application & lease signed late this arvo!!! Wohooo!!! So a nice $50...

    Mine was rented for $230 & now advertised for $280. Just waiting now to see how the home open went. :). Anything over $270 will cover my repayments. I'll just be paying for the other associated ip expenses! :D
