If I was in that situation I would go in there and remove all the doors and windows off the hinges and leave them with no security. They shouldn't legally be there so shouln't have any right to complain as its your property. They would move on pretty quickly I reckon.

yeah Im leaning towards running it back into the pool as its only a small area around the pool anyway. I have a brick wall running all the way around the pool and putting drains and soak wells will be a pain in the ****. As for a bit of sand and leaves, the creepy crawly would take care of that.

Apparently the rules say you should have the concrete around your pool with the slope draining away from your pool. My concreter says its easier to just drain it back into the pool so you dont have to worry about puddles, drains and soak wlls etc. I'm interested to see if many people out there...
