    I think you can get both. If the bank took DHOAS into account, you think they could take HPAS into account :D. The three banks that do DHOAS, NAB, ADCU and Defence Bank should be fairly familliar with defence benefits.

    As long as they give you reasonable notice they have the right to hold an inspection in the last two weeks of your tenancy. You can refuse before though.

    Thanks Aaron. I think I will try and make it assured as possible before applying, as I do not want a hit to my credit file. I really need to learn more about the application process, maybe I will look at a broker though I'm not sure I can afford to lol.
