Ive used James Karayanis a few times and been happy with his work.

All states have similar access. You get access to all states but in addition for some states (such as QLD and NSW for example) you get a few extras such as owners details etc but also costs a bit more. I didnt really need all this but in the end there were no VIC groups available.

It was an ad they had in the API magazine. If you subscribed to API for a year or two they threw in a 3 month trail to Pricefinder. Not sure if they are still doing this though as I jumped on it earlier in the year.

Id be keen on the Pricefinder subscription if we can get enough people. I used the trail they had for 3 months through API and was happy with it.

Yes the title had to be in both names unfortunately for me to get the loan.

Thats what I thought. :( I was just hoping that there may be some way around it since I have been paying 100% of everything and that the 5% was only on the title for loan purposes. In regards to transferring the name off the title, is this something that I can do or does this have to be done...
