Totally agree on land rights in the right conditions. But, they are and can be radically abused. Other aspects that have emerged from this and people to scared to say 'boo' I will never agree with and are outrageous.

Depends on the situation, the property and your personal situation. Plenty of people do also invest or buy for holidays and have relative little issue. Just beware of the possible issues and learn about them to help you avoid them.

Agree. You also need to think that what would you do if after the fact that you found out this information and you did not do anything, because you were not sure, did not find further info or just decided against causing waves...if a 10yo girl was abused ?? The key is trying to be as sure...
