If husband lives in the PPOR for 5 months whilst spouse lives for 1 month in separate time. Will the six months rule be counted by adding both period together?
Hi Terry, so if owner lives from 1 May and leaves on 1 Jun (1 month) when spouse moves in for 5 months till 1 Nov, will there be land tax payable then?
For PPR exemption on land tax, will the 6 months' continuous occupation of the property by owner and spouse added together (if moves in one after another immediately) or counted separately?

Should also consider high net worth applicants with unearned income like interest income. Many migrants fall into this category and proved to be good tenants paying rent on time.
