I actually wish i didnt go onto and complete yr 11 & 12 and a further yr at tafe. Wish i started working these 2 yrs earlier because i would have bought my 1st IP 2 yrs sooner and same with 2nd IP.

Ive had a quote for $715 to get the report done. Is this a reasonable price to get a report done?

Got a decent tax bill this FY. Didn't put enough $ into renovations to break even or only owe a little and have run out of things to renovate on current IP so purchased another IP that i can spend a few k on each yr renovating.

I don't like to buy in this type of market but i have because of tax reasons. Signed contracts today.
