Caringbah North public school also has an OC class and there is also a selective high school in Caringbah North. My son went to the OC at Caringbah North public school and is now at the selective high school at Caringbah North.
Caringbah North and the surrounding areas are very nice areas.

My kids are not old enough for property investment yet, but I have 3 young ones. I would like to think I would be supportive of them and not to deride them for trying to get ahead in life.
You are joking aren't you. If you are serious then I do not know what you are doing on this forum. The people here are all trying trying to get ahead using property investment as the means.
The entitlement mentality is not good for an individual or the country as a whole.
It's hard to believe that the seller would not have had an idea before hand what the unit would have been worth.
It might have been sold to a family member or they were completely ignorant of the market.
I was just hopping into my car out side of my house(in Sydney) and two women one elderly they were both talking about property. They did not look like the property type.
It's the press that plays a big part in the people coming into the boom at the latter stages imo.
